So every website and database I go to, seems to always rave about working out the PC muscle. I have been working it out, doing a large number of quick flexes, and then trying to hold it for about 5 seconds a handful of times. I can only find articles describing how its healthy and improves a couple of things such less chance of premature ejaculation, but is it possible to over work the PC muscle?Suddenly I've been having this minor pain every time I flex the PC muscle and it feels like its in the testicular region. (Since when you flex, it lifts up the testicles, feels like the pain is somewhere around there). Though I get confused because when I'm standing up it feels like the pain is in my rectum when I flex. Have I over worked the PC muscle? Could this be unrelated? The pain definitely has faded in the past couple of days but it still lingers.
