Which is really getting to me because I like her so much.I told her how I feel a while ago, and she said she felt the same way. Then a while later I asked if she wanted to go out, and she said yes and no, which resulted in her choosing mainly no.She said she really wants to, but doesn't want to because she's always at home and doesn't really see me, which doesn't make much sense.I see her maybe 2-4 times a week, its hardly nothing.I doubt she's ever properly had a boyfriend though, she's really not the type of person that would, and she acts a little stupid sometimes and says she wants to be a kid, which makes me kind of think she doesn't really know what she wants. But I really like doing stuff with her, I like how she is, and everything else, so it really makes me feel like an idiot whenever I think of it and I feel down. What can I do?

She says she wants to go out, but doesn't.

Ask her, directly yes or no, if she wants to go on a date and if she's wishy washy about it or says not now, move on.

What OldFolks wrote is basically the way I'd go about it too. The only things is, you said that she's never had a boyfriend before and acts like a kid. While you interpret that as indecisiveness, I see it as her being a little freaked out. And, well scared. Ya know, ''Aaah, oh my God, he just asked me out. Why me? Does he really like me, what if he was just saying that, what if he doesn't after we go out, what if I make a complete goof of myself...ect. ect. ect.'' Talk to her about it, she could just be really, really, really terrified. Good luck!

She does keep asking, "why me?".

lol..."why me?" haha its obvious she is too young, or not ready for a relationship. Find another chick or wait till this 1 grows up.
