About three months ago I was trimming and I noticed an odd appearance on the shaft of my penis. Of course I freaked out and did my research. After doing so I resigned myself to a trip to my physician. My doctor inspected the lesions and cheered me suggesting that they were not Herpes Simplex, or Genital Warts but were in fact clogged pores.I was relieved, yet got blood testing just in case. The test came back negative for Herpes, Aids, Hep and everything else it checked for.Yet these spots persist. I'm worried about them, because the are unsightly and they may, though they haven't yet affect my sex life. There are probably somewhere between forty and sixty of them. They are small, about the size of a bic pen's tip. They are white in color similar to a pimple, yet they are hardish like blackheads. I've popped a few, and they swell and become red.The thing is, I've had acne on my back, I've had it on my face, yet I've never had an outbreak on the shaft of my penis before. Additionally I've never heard of anyone with this situation. These are not fordyce spots, nor pearly penile palpules. Does anyone have a similar story, and or suggestions for the elimination of said lesions? I'm attempting to boost my immune system with a zinc supplement. However I'm not certain that it will solve my issue. I'm very nervous, I have a date tomorrow night that I think might end up back at my place and I'm terrified that she will think I'm diseased. Does anyone have any advice?

Undiagnosed

Do they look like this?
If so then they are normal and there is nothing you can do to get rid of it.

No, those are normal, I have those, these appear not evenly spaced from one another, slightly smaller, different coloration (those are more skin tone than the white variety I have)
Thanks for the help though.

Your description is so similar to a normal appearance of sebaceous glands (which are what are shown in the picture) that I almost wonder if you have two sorts of them.
