This sounds weird, but it's completely serious..I have some sort of growth, I can't tell if it's a zit, pimple, or something else, but it's literally in my "crack" area if you get my drift...It hurts when I sit down, but after a while, the pain goes away mostly, but when I get up and start walking, it hurts again until I've been walking for a little while. It's actually very close to the anus, so every time I need to use the bathroom, it hurts quite a bit, a lot of pressure is built up on it.This is really embarassing, so avoiding a trip to the doctor would be amazing, has anyone else had anything like this before? This started to bother me about 2 weeks ago a day or 2 after doing 4 miles on the treadmill. It's just the past 2-3 days that it seems really bad/painful.It also feels like maybe it is able to move? I think it moves around after sitting for a while, and walking, etc, and maybe that's why i finally get comfortable after 3-5 minutes? I was trying to feel it, and it does seem like it has the ability to move, but ever so slightly...The only thing that leads me to believe this might be something other than a zit or something is that it feels much harder than a zit would, and it's a pretty decent size.If anyone's had anything like this, or can share some info on what you think it might be, and how I can get rid of it, I'd appreciate it greatly!! Some sort of growth?

Sounds like a haemorrhoid to me! Plenty of off-the-shelf pile cream available.See too it soon though else it may rupture or crack and then you're in a real world of pain.

A big pimple on your bottom can be a lot of things, but if it's effectively part of the anus then indeed it will be a haemorroid, and a pharmacist will have cream that can help shrink it.
