What is the internal organ somewhere between your penis and bellybutton that feels the erotic sensation when you get the orgasm? I think controlling my orgasm for too many years too often has given me some problems. As some of you say, sometimes it feels like its the best thing ever. I've been controlling my orgasm in a way so that it "breaks out" gradually and not all in one quick flash so that I can enjoy the feeling longer. The internal organ I mentioned is where you feel and enjoy the erotic sensation. But unfortunately now, I'm not sure if making it gradually come out that way is actually putting stress and perhaps injury on the organ because now when I masturbate too often, the organ feels slight discomfort before orgasm and slight to mediocre pain after orgasm. So what I would like to find out is what this organ is, what I may have done to it according to how I might have treated it and what ways there are to completely cure it. Can anyone explain. Thanks in advance.

There is no organ between your penis and bellbutton except your intestines.. I'm sure you are referring to the prostate which is located at the root of the penis near the anus.

Well, there is the bladder, but I doubt that retro- ejac.'s would make it feel that way?

Oops yeah...

Pain in internal organs is often 'referred' so it appears to be felt at a different place. For example, pain in the stomach can be felt as heartburn at the heart, while heart attacks are often felt as pain in the upper left arm. I suspect the sensation of orgasm is similarly referred, to be felt as vaguely intestinal.

So would that be around the prostate area that's causing the pain? I mean, I know it is, high school health qualifies me for THAT at least But can you damage the prostate by doing that [what the OP mentioned]? Because I've done it a couple times, too, and I get the same things... yo...

Based on the diagrams and images explained on Wikipedia, it looks like it may be the prostate. But in reality, I get the impression that the pain felt is not so far deep as drawn in the diagram.
Its mentioned there that the prostate can contract cancer as well. What are the symptoms of prostate cancer? I hope I haven't got it. I had my pain for over a year now.

Early symptoms of prostate cancer is usually with a change in urination. You basically pee less because the prostate gets bigger and compresses on your urethra. There usually isn't much pain. Prostate enlargement is common when you get older. Holding in your orgasms won't give you prostate cancer.

To add to DrJ's comments...If you find, as you age, that you urinate less at time (and thus more frequently) you may be suffering from BPH- Benign prostatic hyperplasia- which is simply an enlargement of the prostate. It is not cancerous. hence the term benign. While BPH is much more common than cancer, one would do well to let a physician make the diagnosis.
