I'm a 16-year-old male and I've only ever ejaculated once last year in December. I've tried ever since to ejaculate but it never works. I orgasm but no cum ever comes out.. It feels as if the cum is gonna come out but it never does. When jacking off, I get all hot and sweaty and I do orgasm, but I never have anything actually come out.I'm worried that I'm unable to ejaculate while awake, as I've only ever done it once a while ago. I have wet dreams quite often, and that's the only time I'm able to ejaculate. I definitely AM having orgasms, just no actual cum coming out. I try regularly to ejaculate while masturbating but never have any success, much to my fustration. What do you think I should do? Is there something wrong with me?

Having extreme difficulty trying to ejaculate..

You might not be done with puberty yet. Wet dreams can still, to my knowledge, happen through development. For some guys, they can ejaculate at 11, some, not until 20's...the body works and functions the way it wants to, and there's not much that you can do about it.There shouldn't be anything wrong...maybe just give it some more time. Everyone's different. Welcome, by the way.

Yeah, but if there is ejaculate with a wet dream, then there should be ejaculate with an "awake" orgasm.. Very strange though and I don't have a suggestion.

Just thought of something.....
You don't think it could be retro, do you?
OP, do you grip your piece really really tight when you paw off? if you do, then that might be the solution to your issues! -
Good point - it sounds like you may be getting retrograde ejaculation, which is when the semen is ejaculated up into the bladder instead of out through the penis. It can be caused by a variety of things, but one of the causes is a malfunctioning sphincter valve above the prostate that is supposed to close during ejaculation to prevent the semen from flowing into the bladder. One way to check for retrograde ejaculation is, after you have your orgasm, the next time you go to urinate, urinate into a clear glass, and examine the urine for cloudiness. If the urine is cloudy, or has white thick fluid mixed in with it, then you had a retrograde ejaculation. You need to check this with a glass, because you probably won't notice the cloudyness peeing into a toilet. If the urine is yellow but completely transparent, then that is not the problem. If you are getting retrograde ejaculations, you will need to see a urologist to have the situation corrected - there is a procedure that can repair the malfunctioning valve. Retrograde ejaculations aren't harmful, but they do make you infertile.

Maybe also try a "no-hands orgasm" when you masturbate? What I mean is, as soon as you start feeling like you're gonna cum, let go of your penis and let it just throb by itself. If nothing comes out, then u know it's not because ur grabbing it too tight or somehow manually blocking your tubes with your hand. But as embarrassing is it might be, especially in talking with mom or dad, I'm 16 too and I think it's VERY important to identify why you are not ejaculating any semen. I would dfinitely have it checked out by a doctor.

That would just freak me out..... Every time I would reach for a glass to get a drink I would wonder if it was the glass I pissed in..... I would use a jar or something. I think I would have to throw the glass away after I pissed in it... LOL

I would see a doctor.
