I've started doing tae-bo for 40 minutes a day and I love it!! I already lost nearly 50 pounds since last april, and im trying to lose another 25 and tone up my body. Anyone know how often I should be doing this workout?
I'm doing "tae-bo cardio" with Billy Blanks. :smile: should I get another video to mix it up a bit after a week or two just so my body doesn't get too used to it? Any suggestions will help. I'm trying to lose belly fat and tone up my arms, so if someone can give some tips i'd appreciate it! My legs are already really muscley, along with my tricep muscles. But I still have a bit of jell-o arms and I hate it. >.< thanks guys.
