And some on my chest, I've had them that I know of for 3 years now. The doctors never said anything about them and I'm not sure what they are. They're not particularly itchy or annoying or anything, they look somewhat like zits only less noticeable.
I'd just like to know if there's away to get rid of them, I tried proxy pads or whatever they're called which removes zits, didn't work.

Red bumps on my arms?

I had the same shit it seemed like forever. They covered my arm from just below my shoulder down to like where a short sleeve t-shirt would stop on my arm. I never really tried to get rid of them but I did notice after I let that area get some sun they seemed to go away. I'm not saying that some sun was the cure but that's when they went away. I think their disappearance had more to do with getting older and the skin on my arms not being so oily anymore.

I was just going to say.. get some sun! I had the same problem.. except I had it on my face too.. and low and behold.. would you believe the skin on my face, back and arms are SO clear now I often get compliments from random people.1. get some sun2. exfoliate!!! Pick up a loofah.. and try using neutrogena acne body wash.. it worked really well for me.3. If that doesnt work I'd make an appointment to see a dermatologist

A few months ago there was a programme on tv dealing with this (and other things too). I remember them saying to use vitamin enriched moisturiser. I don't know if this works or not, but it's what was said.

And I thought I was the only one! (in regards to you, and Fallen).
Perhaps I'll need to get out some more during the summer, back to the gym, etc... -
I'd say I get more sun than most of you living on a farm, not trying to pick fights. but then I'm native American so my skin "tans" Red anyway, it does seem to minimize the visual effects of them but I can still see them, rather annoying.Though as for sun, it only recently started to be sunny, it literally rained for 3 weeks straight here.

I'm NDN as well and spent most of my youth ranching. Like I said I don't know that it was the sun that cured the problem but there was a noticeable difference once that part of my arm got a decent amount of light.
