Hey everyone. Lately I've been wanting to pack on some muscle, and I'm hoping that you nice folks would have some tips.

If it matters, I'm 6'1", I weigh in at a puny 140lbs, and the last time it was checked, my Body Fat Content is very low, if I remember correctly around 5-7%. As you can see, I'm quite underweight. I'd like to end up around 170 lbs

I was hoping that someone might have ideas on what I should eat, and what exercises I could start with.
