Hey guys. I haven't posted anything in a while, and most of you probably don't remember me all that well. I still read on this site all the time, just with a lot less posting, mainly due to a lack of time. I've been out and about all summer (Europe, and with friends for the last 3 weeks since I got back), and I'm going on another 'trip' I guess, and I'm getting a little bit nervous. I leave tonight to move across the country with my girlfriend. She's going to school there and I'm going to work as I plan on going to school there next year (I didn't know what I wanted to do until it was too late to apply for university, so I'm taking the year off). It's a little nerve racking. I've found us the proper place to stay for the year so that she can focus on her studies and I'm going to try to find a job once we're settled. I just feel like I'm forgetting something. I guess this is just to really get my feelings out right now, as my girlfriend is doing last minute packing and I've just finished (minus my laptop). If anyone has any reassuring words that would be wonderful. Or any stories of experiences with your first move out. Any tips?

I remember you flea. Anything new is nerve racking. I think you’ll be ok.

I remember you also and agree that new situations can cause anxiety. It seems, though, that you've also got the confidence it takes to handle it. Enjoy the experience.
