LOSING WEIGHT NOT GOOD

I'm sorry to ask you, but how tall are you and hpw much do you weigh. I am not positive on this, but I think if you eat less it will slow down your metabolism.

go in for some blood work, thyroid could be to blame
-
Over active thyroid could be to blame, but in more cases it's just genetics.

if you're losing weight at a good rate for no apparent reason, then it's not genetics

eating does speed up your metabolism if you eat SMALL meals frequently throughout the day. Almost every good bodybuilder I know eats 6x a day to LOSE weight.I dont know how tall you are or how much you weigh, but You want to take in A LOT of cals a day. If you weigh 120 pounds & under 6feet - 4500 cals a day wouldnt be bad at all. Try to take in 2grams of protein per pound of body weight. Lift weights 3x a week never workin more than one muscle group a week. Cut out all cardio exercise. Basically get lazy & let your metabolism slow down...

i agree - get your thyroid checked. mine went hyperactive last year and i was eating like a pig and lost 10 pounds. i'm on medication for it now.
