So since im posting here its because i do not want to ask a doctor, just looking for the most likley answer. There are a max of 10 very small bumps on the shaft of my penis. Like little pimples that dont pop. They have been there for many months and dont seem to change much. No pain, itch, nothing. Only visual. What is this. 20 year old male, sexually active.

Welcome to A2A, shotokan. Are they pinhead size and whitish? If so, they are probably sebaceous glands, which you have almost everywhere on your body, but usually buried in the skin and you don't notice them. On the genitalia the skin is thinner and they are more noticeable. They are perfectly normal. If they are sebaceous glands they'll have been there since they enlarged at puberty, but you may not have noticed them before.

No these have been there for only about 6 months. varing sizes but always about the size of a pimple you would get on your face.. dont seem to pop either. any other ideas

Only other question I can think to ask right now, when you look closely at the surface does it have a cauliflower like resemblance?
-
no definately not .. like a lttle pimple thats all.. or very very tiny water blister.. but solid

I have no ides. perhaps you can photobucket it... or go see the doctor

Sounds like sebaceous glands to me.

Hey Dude.
They sound like Fordyce's Spots, which, as someone else said, are like small sebaceous glands (like sweat glands) that appear in genital skin during puberty (and can also around the lips area) Look it up on wikipedia, there is lots of info there.
Don't worry about them, about 80% of guys have them, including me. They are not a health issue or disease.

actualy ive had this same problem, and at first it scared me but i went to a doctor for it and he said they are just ingrown hairs that can occur on ur shaft, seeing that ur about the same age as me, thats probably wat it is, mine usualy go away over time tho, are they the same bumps the whole ten months or have they been going away and coming back at all?
