hello to everyone, i was looking for some of your advice but before u go and say go to the doc i already made an apt but the soonest they could get me in is a month away. I noticed a bump on one of my balls a couple of years ago and i kept an eye on it and never even thought anything of it(never bothered me) until recently i noticed that something else is down there, not attached to a ball just there it feels like a vein that gets thick in one spot, but what concerns me is now i have some pain down there like someone is pinching my ball just a little bit. On a side note every now and then when i ejaculate i have some jelled cum not a lot but like a little piece, and not all the time.i am not looking for someone to tell me to go to the doc because i am, and i know i should have went sooner, but i am just looking for some answers on what they might say to me. A couple things that come to mind is Cancer and an infection but i don't have any symptoms of an infection other than the jelled cum.

thanks for the reply, the more i read i may have a yeast infection (my gf has had a couple and i have had sex with her unprotected before we knew) but my question is would it cause my cum to look like that(jelled)(and i payed attention when i cum and it always like that(jelled) whether i have sex 3 times a day or once a week)so far the symptoms i cover for a yeast infection are constipation, bad breath, bloating, indigestion, very loose stools, irritability and mood swings, fatigue or lack of energy, itchy tip. Also would a yeast infection cause this mass other than the bump, lower back pain? and is it normal not to have any discharge?any ideas on the bump that is attached to my ball its small round and the size of a pea i have run out of ideas to search for and was wondering what it could be other than cancer? i kno you cant give me a definite answer but just something to look into while i wait for this doc apointment. Thanks
