Here's the story. I was tested for chlamydia and giving zithromax for it. I took the medicine and it's been about 6 days exact since I took them, my symptoms were getting better not completely gone. I went out drinking and ended up getting oral sex from someone. It wasnt long but is there a chance I could've passed something to the person?

Oral mishap

Usually if the symptoms are on the way out, and especially if your system is flooded with antibiotics, infectivity is low.

Just to update this and add to the complexity of the situation.... I tested negative everything yet I don't know what the problem is as I still have a slight discharge that dries up at the exit of the ureatha... I plan on seeing a urologist to see whats going on but that will be some months from now.

What were you tested for? It's possible you have a urethral infection by a species you weren't tested for. They never actually test for 'everything' as each specific test has a cost.

Hiv, Chlamydia, Gonarhea, syphillis. If it's a urethea infection is it contagious?

It certainly can be, at least during sex. There are quite a few different organisms, including at least one virus as well as bacteria, that can infect the urethra (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urethritis for a list).
