Just wondering what exercises I can do at home (without weights for now, I might get some after christmas) to help build up my upper body. I'm talking things like push-ups and what not.
Home exercises for shoulders/chest?
Pull ups, chin ups, Pushups, tricep dips (use side of something like a chair) squats.

Ditto's! You can also find some heavy object you can hold in your hand and use that for curl-ups and stuff. or do some good old fashioned hard work - moving furniture around, etc. and that'll work out those muscles! (Guess who just rearranged furniture at wife's insistence lol)
