I have a brown spot on the glans. It's sometimes easier to see and sometimes hardly visible at all. It has a diametre of maybe 2-3mm. I thought maybe it's a mole or something like that but I showed it to a dermatologist and he said that it's rather a blood vessel. But I did not always have this spot! If it's a blood vessel does this mean it's an artery or something like that which goes through the penis and then ends at the tip of the glans? How can this be? Usually blood vessels don't simply end somewhere do they?Could this come from wanking too hard? When I jack off then I often grab the wang at the base with a tight grip and then move it towards the glans in order to mobilize the pre-cum could this be bad for the penor? Some people do this jelquing stuff and I once read that you mustnt do jelquing when you're fully erect and this jelquing move is the same it also starts at the base and then goes to the tip. That got me thinking that maybe it's harmful when you garb your erect penor at the base and then move to the front to make the pre-cum come out.

Brown spot, possibly blood vessel on glans

Broken blood vessels (capillaries, not arteries) caused by jelqing normally show as red dots. A brown spot on the skin is most often a lentigo, which is harmless.

If it was a lentigo shouldn't the dermatologist have been able to properly diagnose it with his magnifying instrument?

I would have thought so, if he was any good.
