I have no idea what this can be but I have had this rash of some sort on my penis for about 2 months. Whenever I use condoms and engaged in sexual intercourse it gets even redder. I don't have unprotected sex. I am not circumsized, but I shower and clean and dry my penis daily and I notice it gets really tried up AFTER I take a shower and dry it with a towel. I do not use any soaps or anything I just pull the foreskin back and clean it with warm water. It doesn't itch burn either.Any help or suggestions of what this could be ? Heres a pic here and here! Welcome to A2A, astar11. That flaking skin suggests a fungus/yeast infection, which is the most common general type of skin infection, so that would be best to try first. Get some antifungal cream - there might well be some already at home, or you can buy it without prescription at a pharmacy. Anything effective for tinea or thrush or jock itch or athlete's foot or ringworm should be fine. Rub it in well twice a day for a few days and see if it starts clearing up. If it works, keep using it for at least a week after the last trace has gone, or it might come back.If it doesn't work it won't have caused any harm, and you should probably see a doctor as it is going to be more difficult.

Thanks for the reply ineligible. I tried some antifungal cream and now it's redder than ever. Is that normal? I really hope it goes away soon. I looked up some stuff on it and it looks like balantitis or psoriasis. Not sure ;(

It sounds like it's not fungal if it's getting worse, which means it may be bacterial. Balanitis just means any sort of infection of the foreskin. It would be an unusual place to get psoriasis.

If it's bacterial what do you think i should I do.

If it's bacterial, you will need to use an antibiotic that the doctor will prescribe for you. Make an appointment.

I used the anti fungal cream for a couple more days and no results, still got redder. Then I bought hydrocortizone ointment (not the cream). After one day I started seeing the red spots fading away. By day 3 the redness was completely gone. I used the ointment for a week just in case and glad I did. Hasn't come back so I'm happy. Not sure what it was, bacterial or what but I'm happy its gone now.

Hydrocortisone will not cure a bacterial infection. Since the hydrocortisone worked, most likely what you had was some chafing.
I'm glad it cleared up for you.
