I already knew that my libido isn't high and also has never been high and I also have low testosterone levels. I know this since I had them tested a few years ago and they came back pretty low but still in the normal range so my doctor said everything's fine but I don't think it's fine. I mean I've never been really horny not even during puberty. And this guy who I chatted with was about my age and he said that he needs to jack off everything day otherwise he gets a pressure in the balls and I cannot relate to this at all. I don't even get a pressure in the balls when I don't jack off for 10 days. If I ever had a pressure then it must have been many years ago. This makes me sad somehow cause I feel like I'm not normal. How do you know if your libido is normal or abnormally low?I mean I do jack off but it's more because it's fun and not really because I totally need it and have pressure in my balls.

Low libido?

Possibly your libido is a little lower than average for your age, but clearly it is far from zero.
The question in any deviation from the norm is: is it a problem? It doesn't seem to be a problem for you.

But when others in my age are much hornier then this isn't really a good sign. Maybe being depressed also plays a role in this but most likely the low testosterone levels also play a role. And I'm also pretty damn weak and also have way too little muscle mass for my height. I could easily pack on 45lbs of muscles in order to look normal. But my doctors are idiots they simply have no eye for this. If I saw somebody like me I'd directly think that something's wrong because I'm so skinny.

Don't compare yourself with others. That's one reason for having lower confidence and depression. Just be yourself and be happy. No matter how you are, you are you and don't forget that. If you keep thinking this way you will develop depression and have trouble later. It doesn't matter if you are skinny or chubby. Make some changes in your diet and exercise, you will change your appearance (esp muscle mass, body fat etc). Consult a nutritionist, get some diet plans and join a gym.Having a lower libido is not a problem. If the imbalance is a serious issue then the doc will prescribe meds if not an serious then he wont.Reading all your posts, I don't think you should worry so much. Relax a bit buddy.

But I am not happy with myself. If you were me you'd also not be happy. As a man you want to look like a man and not like a girl without breasts. I've always wanted to be muscular and so on but it's not possible. I tried to change my appearance in the past and worked out a few years and I still didn't look much better and also wasn't able to gain much muscle mass. I simply stagnated and my body also didn't tolerate the weights well and I only got aches and problems with joints and ligaments. It's simply totally depressing. :frowning:

As for me...I have been fat (198lbs) and I have been skinny (92lbs), I had issues with how I look but that's only limited to my face (its a complicated problem but I have a decent face which I hate). How my body is doesn't really bother me. Currently I am underweight and lack muscle mass. I am happy with myself. Honestly I don't like "muscley" men and prefer cute, girlish looking lean guys. Anyway that's my preference. As for you increasing muscle mass, except eating a lot and exercising I have no other advice which is safe.

When I eat a lot of I only get fat.

1. put on weight
2. exercise moderately then increase your exercise level as you go on.Diet should be balanced. Proteins+carbs+fat. You may feel a bit odd as weight increases but as you exercise things will get better. Of course this takes time like a couple months. No one gets muscles quickly. Muscles need "food" and to increase their mass they need "workout" the end result=muscular build. After you get your desired result, don't stop exercising or make drastic changes in diet. I think that should help you.
I dont think your body is used to exercises and if you feel pain or discomfort when using weights, 1. use weights your body is comfortable with 2. there are knee, ankle, wrist etc supports available at stores. They will reduce discomfort and provide support to joints. Care should be taken when exercising and there should be a instructor to guide you. Don't do exercises that may injure or hurt your body.

Thanks for your hints but I know all these things already. I read a couple of books about bodybuilding. But all this stuff doesn't help you much when your body doesn't respond the way it should.

Rather than working to achieve some preconceived, media-invented, idealized "look," work to be healthy and let the rest be whatever it is.

great advice Scotty!

No, I wanted to look this way. It's not because of the media. As a man you want to have muscles and not look feminine.
