Hey all, noticed this today. I admit, I have taken part in some risky activities lately. It doesn't hurt, or sting and doesn't feel like a bump at all. It's not open either. When I stretch it, it's flat. Just visible. No others like it around. Wondering if it's something to worry about or what. http://tinypic.com/r/f4mkqf/7 Thanks

Welcome to A2A, caguy1434. I'm not a doctor, but to me it looks like an inflamed sebaceous gland, perhaps infected. But then I would have expected it to feel like a bump.

That's was exactly what I was thinking it looked like.... I'm not a doctor either

Herpes is a long-term disease. But it is not necessary that people have symptoms even if they are carrying the virus. It is started by affecting person with recurrences, and continuously tend to happen again and again. With the passage of time the remission periods get longer and longer.
