@frank May I suggest that You give it a tug every chance you get, like also do it a few tugs right after you take a pee and also while you're in the shower when the skin is soft, warm and wet...

20 Years Old - Never pulled foreskin back before!
-
@frank That should certainly help.
-
When you say "tug" do you mean wank?
-
Wanking accomplishes a purpose other than stretching. To stretch, try to get your finger between your foreskin and your penis and pull the foreskin away from the penis side to side, not longer. Be gentle, this is a slow process. Some find it easier to do in a warm shower when the skin is more supple..
-
@readytogo I've been doing this thing where I grab both sides of my foreskin and pull left and right for 10 minutes.
-
@frank Its sound like you are on the right track. Let us know your progress, if you will.
-
@readytogo how will I know when progress is made? And how long should I keep doing this stretching for?
-
You will know that you are making progress when you are able to retract your foreskin, exposing the glans (head) of your penis. Continue until you can fully retract your foreskin when erect, exposing most of your shaft.
Keep in mind that your glans will be extremely sensitive at first. After all, it has hidden behind your foreskin almost 16 years. This sensitivity is completely normal. Also, once you are able to slide your foreskin back and forth you will need to change your hygiene routine. Baths or showers should be used to clean your shaft and remove any smegma- a white "cheesy" substance formed by body oils and dead skin which can develop an odor.
Remember that this is a slow process. Don't rush. If you feel pain, stop for awhile. It will probably take several months if you are stretching daily. Try doing it in the shower, or using some baby oil or olive oil.

@readytogo oh damn 7 months js a long time but I'm sure it'll be worth it I'll try my best to keep you updated and I'm sure I'll be back with more questions thanks did the help so far.

@frank Not seven months==SEVERAL months. You can't tell exactly because everyone is different.
