With my first sexual counter, I received unprotected oral sex and I got fingered (which I really didn't like and asked my partner to stop). I did not ejaculate, which was odd because it felt amazing and I felt close many times. After I went home, my urine was a bit cloudy, which I attributed to last of hydration. After two days, I masturbated and I thought everything was fine, although the amount of ejaculate was unusually small since I didn't ejaculate a few days prior to my sexual encounter either. The 4th day after my encounter, I noticed an itchy feeling in my urethra, like a cotton strand found its way in there. After milking my penis, a very small amount of off-white(nearing yellow in color) sticky substance came out.I freaked out. I thought maybe this was normal, that it was just me having a wet dream. After the next day I had the same problem, I made an appointment and was seen. (6th day after sexual encounter) After telling the doctor about the yellow, I was told that it was probably an infection and was given antibiotics, yet the problem persisted for about another 10 days before clearing up. The tests came back NEGATIVE, although it could have been bacteria from my partner's throat.Although I did not think about it, the cloudiness of my urine did clear up in time and became less yellow in color, since the amount of water consumption did not change it. ---------------2nd sexual encounterUnprotected oral sex again from a different partner.Didn't ejaculate again.I went home soon after and urinated, although it felt like I wasn't quite done. After a few seconds, something felt like it was dripping and THICK. I held out my hand and my semen and clear fluids started flowing with out force into my hand (in which I observed and classified as ejaculatory fluids).-------------------3rd sexual encounterMutual masturbationI did not ejaculate. AGAIN.Immediately after giving up, I urinated and look! More semen.I'm not really sure what is going on. I looked up my problems and found retrograde ejaculation could be my problem? I'm starting to believe my ejaculatory fluids irritated my bladder in the first scenario since it was many hours after sexual contact in which I urinated. The other two were almost immediately after and I did not have any further problems. What should I do? I'm not really sure what is going on. I always ejaculate when I masturbate by myself. I get erections normally with my sexual encounters and it does feel very good. I even pre-cum more than I normally do.

Retrograde Ejaculation(or STD?!)

Encounters 2 and 3 do sound like retrograde ejaculation, but 1 can't have been just that, if it took all that time to clear up. 1 sounds like some type of urethra infection.Occam's razor would suggest that all three had the same reason, but I have found Occam very unreliable. However I always think of retrograde ejaculation as something that isn't selective - that would happen on all occasions. I wonder if 2 and 3 are just a bit of leakage of semen into the tubes pre-ejaculation? Or a very cloudy pre-cum in the pipes, perhaps containing some sperm?

Thank you for the quick reply! I really appreciate it.I also forgot to mention with the first encounter, I noticed yellow globules in my semen. There weren't many, possibly 3-4 per ejaculation. I have studied micro before and unlike a colony of bacteria, this had the consistency of gelatin. A similar consistency seen when a coagulase enzyme is not present. This did not break down, unlike the rest of the fluids. I assumed it was old fluids that were near pipes. It is very odd the amount of fluid that came out after the second encounter. About 15 mL (or a Tablespoon) total, with 1/5 of it having sperm-like consistency, the rest was clear. Also, after the 1st encounter, I did not have any pain, burning, or other symptoms rather than a slight discomfort upon waking up. Would it be reasonable to assume, like the doctor suggested, "normal flora" inhabiting the throat infected my urethra?-Edited in: I am also taking an SSNRI. The 1st encounter occurred before I started the prescription.

Yellow jelly-like chunks in semen are actually quite normal.Urethritis doesn't always have pain. I don't know what the probability would be for normal throat flora to infect the urethra. Certainly many different organisms can do it.I doubt the SSNRI would make much difference.
