I'm sorry if this has been posted before but all I find here are people who experience irritation of some sort; I don't. Also, if I'm in the wrong forum feel free to transfer it (I don't know how it works, though). Ok, so as you can see in title, I have this problem:
"I have tiny red bumps on the rim of my penis. They are tiny, sort of like Pearly Penile Papule, but redish like a pimple and not as big and many. Also, I only have them in one line around the back and a bit on the sides, instead of having them all over the penis. Please help, it's been bothering me."
I've asked someone before, but didn't get a good answer.
I don't know when they first appeared. All I know is, I found them when I was 19. Also, it was just 2 tiny lines then (on the back rim, just separated with this scar that connects a small part of the head in the back to the original skin on the outside). When I just checked now, the lines have extended a bit on the sides. Like I said before, I don't feel any form of irritation or pain. Though I can feel them when I run my finger on the rim. Please help, this really bothers me. Thanks.

Line of redish bumps on rim of penis.

They sound very much like Pearly Penile Papules. They are tiny, pink, and around the rim. See the picture in the Wikipedia article.

Hey, it's you! Thanks for the reply. I don't think it's that. It's not that pearly, per se. And the bumps are quite small even when I'm erect. Not round either, and they don't form 3 lines like the one in the pic. I hope I could show you a pic, if there's a way (or if it's ok). It doesn't feel like anything if I don't touch it.

Hi Kyon! Pearly Penile Papules don't have to form three lines - one line or two is common, and they are usually quite small.
I think this is a situation where a picture is OK. It needs to be sharply in focus to be useful, and should be heavily cropped. You would have to upload it to a pic-sharing site and put the URL in a post, or send me the URL in a PM if you want to keep it private.
