In answer to your first question: Yes, doing kegels would, to a point, tighten your vagina. However, since you are only 18, and presumeably have never delivered a child, your vagina shouldn't be too loose in the first place.As to your second question: It is said that a tight vagina in a female heightens the sexual experience for a male. Again, it is a matter of degree. Too tight makes penetration uncomfortable for the female and frustrating for the male.So, to do or not to do? Like all exercise, keeping "in shape" is probably a good thing. But moderation is the key.
