I've been doing sit-ups for the last week, 500 a day, and I can already see a six-pac (Even others see it, I was really really skinny before). I wanted to ask, since I have really skinny arms too, what's good to get more muscles in the arm? Plus, what's a good diet for me to get more fit?(I'm 14 if that matters).

Be careful, too much ab work like any other muscle will cause them to shrink & weak becuase you overtraining.
Try to get 1.5 gram of protein per bound of body weight. At 14 you're a little young, but lifting 3x a week would be helpful. I'd haveta know how tall & how much you weigh to really map you out a diet...
