Hi, I was with a girl and we had unprotected sex. The next day or two a dime shaped mark appeared on my gential.About 8 months later it spread and changed the entire skin area. The skin became dry, plastic-like in appearance, and has no itch. However, it does has a mild stinging from time to time. I have also been tested and the results came back negative, however, I am still delusional.

Welcome to A2A, Shawn. This is a tricky one - obviously the dermatologist is struggling with it. You've tried a few different antifungals, and hydrocortisone in a couple of different forms. I don't know what "0.5%M 0.5%C 0.1%BET" is, but I'm guessing it's some sort of combination.I wonder if it is a form of psoriasis? Has your dermatologist (who should know what psoriasis looks like) ruled that out?

0.5%M 0.5%C 0.1%BETYes, it's a combination of creams.My dermatologist is unsure himself. Wouldn't psoriasis be itchy though?

Mild psoriasis isn't necessarily itchy. It can just appear to be dry flaky skin.
