this morning i wake up and see blood in my gums and teeth. Is the scurvy? Lacks of Vitamin C? Beside eating vegetable, what fruits should i take ?

Blood in gums

Blood in gums is a sign of infection. My dentist suggested a capful of Listerine added to the water of a waterpic, used daily. In addition, follow a normal healthy diet that includes a mixture of fruits and vegetables.

thanks!

does drinking a cup of water mix with salt can help it ?

Drinking salt water probably would not help as much as would "swishing" but the Listerine/waterpic would be better yet.

If you're not able to get the mouth wash, a lot of salt and water would be your next best bet. I'd try to gargle for at least a minute (if you can tolerate it) both in the morning and at night for a few days. Hope it gets better.
