About the past month have had a crop (maybe about 10-15 max) of small (1-5mm) bumps in the pubic / penile shaft / scrotum/ thigh region. They are flesh-colored, fairly round and do not hurt or irritate me whatsoever. Occasionally they become slightly irritated and red but still no discomfort whatsoever. Went to the doctor and she said that it just looked to her like foliculitis (I have sensitive skin and a bad habit of using unclean razors, so this would make sense) and just to keep the area nice and clean and there should be no problem. She said one appeared 'slightly' like MC solely because of a tiny dimple but it didn't necessarily mean that. Fast forward a few weeks and a few small tiny bumps have also appeared on my penis shaft, so I decided to carefully remove the bumps. Over the course of a few days I used a sterile tweezer + rubbing alcohol + antibacterial medications to help keep the wounds clean. Each of the bumps had a very small, semi-hard waxy 'core' that was maybe 1/2mm in size but not entirely like that I've seen of MC; there was no 'cheese' at all and though they did bleed upon removal I imagine any kind of lesion would. So I'm thinking sebaceous, somewhat, but why would they randomly pop up out of the blue? This sound more like MC, foliculitis or maybe a sebaceous problem? The only funny thing about folucilitis is that I've read it needs to grow around a hair whereas none of these bumps were. I'd give images if I could, but as I've removed them I'm waiting for them to heal. If they come back I'll post images.Thank you in advance.
