is there any way i can get my self to sleep less?my current hours are around 5 A.M.- 3 P.M. and I usually wake up quite tired.

even if i go to bed early i sleep around 10-11+(upwards to 14) hours if uninterrupted. is there something i could change in my diet or excercise to produce the desired effect?

Eating better will help the eneregy level you have durring the day.

Some people just need a lot of sleep. You can use an alarm clock, but if getting less sleep makes you more tired, then you have to accept that you need more sleep than average. As you get older you'll need a bit less.
