I'm not sure what this is. I had protected sex with my girl friend for the fourth time and saw it after wards. I'm just scared because I've never had it. It looks red dots. There's three two on the head apart from each other and one on the inside of the foreskin. They don't itch, I don't burn, and I don't have a discharge. They also don't feel like bumps. They're just there, but this did just happen. I never noticed it 'til yesterday. I'm pretty self aware of my penis as I'm constantly looking at it when I shower. I noticed after we had sex. Which is why its leading me to think its some type of friction burn. I just want some opinions before I decide to go to a doctor. My girl friend told me she hasn't had sex in four months and when I look down there she doesn't seem to have anything weird. I've never had unprotected sex with her. I asked her once when I met her and she said she didn't have anything, but I don't know. I'm just the paranoid type.

Is this a friction burn?

Welcome to A2A, rodrom. Other than a friction burn, the other thing that comes to mind is a fungal or yeast infection. I am excluding a STI because your state that you have been protected. You could try an antifungal cream from the pharmacy, which would take care of either a fungus or yeast. If it is just a friction burn, the cream will not help, but it won't hurt either.

@readytogo These red dots have come up on the boards several times before, if I remember rightly. They have never developed into any STI. I wonder what they are?
