13/M.
I have a serious case of man boobs. I have had man boobs almost my entire life. However, I started to notice them a bit more ever since I hit puberty.
Because of this issue, I tend to wear very heavy and thick shirts and sweaters, which almost always help with covering them up. However, I don't want to walk around for the rest of my life in a thick sweater.
I am not overweight. My current weight is around 128 - 130 lB.
I want to know some way to get rid of them. Any tips?

The medical term is gynecomastia. There a Wikipedia page at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gynecomastia and the Mayo clinic has a series of pages starting at http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/gynecomastia/basics/definition/con-20028710
It's usually caused by a hormone imbalance, tends to happen at puberty, and most often resolves on its own within two years. Otherwise there are medications, but refractory cases need surgery.
It occasionally points to something wrong that needs its own treatment, so if it hangs around you should see a doctor, who will do a number of tests.
