Hello, a fourteen year old kid here. Before starting the topic, i want to say sorry for my bad english because it's not my native language. Overall, i have problems with my penis. When i was born, my foreskin was completely closed so they cut it a little (i'am not circumcised) so i could pee. I was a kid and of course i couldn't pull my foreskin back, but the problem is i still can't. I didn't pay much attention because everything was casual, but i'm beginning to be scared now. I really don't expect it to just pull back one day, so i want you to help me with the exercices because i really don't want to go to doctor. I never felt ANY pain peeing, but when my penis has it's full length the pee is going in different directions. When i masturbate, everything is natural too because my foreskin does not block the opening on the glans. When i force the foreskin to pull it comes on the 1/2 of the glans. I saw some progress over the years, the hole got bigger but i want to learn more about penis hygiene because i didn't pay much attention to it and the reason is that i never saw the whole glans. Once i put Nivea cream on it (you can search the web for it) and it got sticky but i don't think that it helped me or made it worse, it just stayed the same. Also, there are small white things on the bottom of the glans that could possibly be smegma but it may be from the cream. The bigger problem i have is the possible infection. The line on the glans (the opening) is always red and it kinda looks convexed. Since i started to investigate the glans more (the hole was bigger and i could like move it to the right side), i noticed that the skin was pretty dry and it had a weird feeling on touch like it hurt or tickled. I am not sure if it should be like that or not. It was like sticky. Also, i noticed that the only side that i could move and see my glans was the right side. The back side (towards me) was sticky and i couldn't move it that easily, but it's not completely stuck, i just cant move it. When i moved it to the opposite side of me, i noticed that there was a little piece of foreskin completely connected to the glans, like they are glued together. The area is red and i couldn't get it out, didn't try to force it though. It's in the shape of a line and the line is visible all the way down on my foreskin. Here are the pictures. Please help me :(

Penis problem and possible infection

Hi Jacob02 and welcome to A2A! Your English is excellent.
The line in the second picture is the raphe. In the embryo the penis and scrotum start out as an open trough that later closes up along its length. The line where the join takes place is the raphe, and sometimes it can be seen along the penis as in your picture. It is not a problem.
The piece of foreskin connected to the glans is the frenulum or frenum. It is normal, and is there to pull the foreskin back over the glans.
The glans opening (the meatus) looks normal in your first picture. There is a possibility of an adhesion at one point that could make it open as two holes, so the pee can come out in two directions--if that is the case it needs minor surgery to correct it. It doesn't look like it is infected, and infection would usually give some pain.
It's hard to say what the white things are. They may be smegma, or perhaps pearly penile papules, which are also normal.
If you keep regularly working on pulling back your foreskin, but never to the point of pain, it should loosen further, but it may be a slow business.

Thanks a lot for the reply! Although i have several questions. Does everyone have frenulum and could it be bad or hurt while having sex? I mean i am young and i shouldn't worry yet but i would like to know because i am curious. The area where the frenulum is is reddish. So i should just keep trying and cleaning regularly?

Yes, everyone has a frenulum between the foreskin and the glans (and also another one between the bottom of the tongue and the bottom of the mouth). However, it is mostly removed in circumcision, so circumcised guys no longer have theirs.
Normally the frenulum causes no trouble in sex: the foreskin can move up and down freely over the glans. Sometimes the frenulum can be too short (frenulum breve) and cause trouble and it may then need to be lengthened with very minor surgery. Frenulum breve is generally rare but there are some ethnic groups that are prone to it.
Yes, just keep working at the foreskin and cleaning as best you can.

Okay, i'm really excited right now, this just happened. When my penis is flaccid, i am actually able to pull my foreskin back completely. The weird thing is that it feels weird on touch, not like pain but it's just not comfortable. This is actually the first time i was able to pull it back. However, when the foreskin is pulled back, under the glance (head) of the penis there is a bit of, let's say, stuffed foreskin. I am going to take a shower in five minutes to clean the area because it's sticky and the foreskin usually sticks with the glance on the bottom, but that's removable. Why can't i do this in erect though? Is it going to happen if i pull it when flaccid and make it erect? It's a really uncomfortable feeling pulling it, but i dont experience any pain, i feel like i should get used to it. I am having a hard time explaining this but when i pull it over and when it like stucks under the head, when i pull up, it like covers the half of the head and it wont pull more. Only when i take the skin under the head and put it over the penis, the hole is still covering 1/3 of the head. Ugh, so weird. Please help :S

@Jacob02 sounds like you need to start some foreskin stretching and you'll be able to do that in a few months. don't rush it.

The uncomfortable feeling is normal, and will reduce with time.

Use a cap full of 3% hydrogen peroxide and one cap full of water, mixed into a small cup (50/50 mix). Pour this into the foreskin and pull the sides to distribute it around the glans.. Then rinse with plain water in the same manner. Do this once a day. This should clear up infections and clean smegma fast.

Here i come, now as a fifteen year old. Where do I start...First of all, a few things changed, but most of the things are the same. I can pull the foreskin when not erect but when i get a boner it is impossible, or it would have hurt a lot. This is because of the sensitivity of my penis. Whenever i pull the foreskin when my penis is small, it hurts/feels uncomfortable on touch. That is the main reason why I can't have sex or have a blowjob done. I would really like to try it now, but it is impossible because of the pain. I think that would solve all my problems so I could start streching the foreskin frequently. Please help, Thanks for everything!!!
