Ok, heres my story, im 14, about 5' 10" and im doing a crash diet. Last week i weighed about 227 pounds and after not eating im down to 207. I didnt think it was possible to lose wieght like that but i guess i did. The problem is that i cant see too much of a difference in my appearence and even though my weight keeps dropping my size seems to be fluctuating. I was wondering if anyone else in here has done a crash diet and if they could tell me about how it worked for them....
Did you eat nothing?
I know you won't want to hear this but be very careful about eating nothing. You could faint or something whilst in a precarious situation. In addition, I'm almost certain that your metabolism shuts down if you eat nothing as it works to preserve your fat stores. Obviously you'll still lose weight but if you're that set on losing weight then why not try a fruit only diet (worked well for me) orother such ultra low fat varieties. They're still not great in the long term but they'd be better than eating nothing.
crash diets are horrible for you, they mess up your metabolism and ultimately you'll end up gaining it all back and quite possibly more
