I've only just started retracting my foreskin today but I have never done it before. I thought it was going well, I was able to get it midst of the way down the head and some of it under the glans (if you know know what I mean). Then I noticed that some of the foreskin looked like it was attached to the head, at first I thought it just didn't slide off like the rest of the foreskin but it looks more like it is attached. I tried pulling it off but it wouldn't come easily and when I tried to seperate it it hurt. Please help because I don't know what to do. I want to avoid going to the doctors at all costs. If a picture would help then I am happy to provide one, just ask. Thanks :)

Foreskin connected to penis head?
-
@PleaseHelpThanks Well if you just started retracting today, then slow down! Yes the foreskin might be adhering to the head a bit but you just have to slow down and give it some more time. Try doing the retraction in a bath or shower with warm water. Also you can try putting to baby oil or something similar to help it unstick. Just don't force anything.

@sdp thanks. Do you have any other advice or tips? I first noticed it when I was getting a handjob the girl was pulling down quite hard and it was hurting so I decided to look up some help when I came across this problem. I've also noticed the head is quite sensitive is this normal? It felt really uncomfortable when the girl was giving a blowjob and a bit painful. How can I try "desensitise" it. I really want this problem to be fixed quickly before it starts to impact my life. I also noticed some white stuff under my foreskin. What is this? Is it bad?

@PleaseHelpThanks Sensitivity is quite normal. That sensitivity will become less of an issue with time. Retraction, washing, masturbation, sex etc.. will help reduce the sensitivity.
The white stuff is called smegma and is oils and skin cells that collect under the foreskin. You need to wash under the foreskin often (ideally on a daily basis). You definitely want to wash before you have sexual relations as the smegma can have a foul smell.

Just a note, PleaseHelpThanks, that the foreskin is meant to be attached to the head (via the frenulum) on the underside. Attachment anywhere else is probably an adhesion that needs patience (a bit of oil can help).

@Ineligible thanks. I can very comfortably pull back the foreskin now and some of it does go behind the penis head. It's just a bit on the side that is very stuck. I've tried to unstick it in the shower (with hot water) but it wouldn't come. What would you suggest to use as a lubricant, is moisturiser ok?

I'd suggest a bit of cooking oil. You can be sure that won't irritate sensitive skin.

@Ineligible olive oil?
-
@PleaseHelpThanks Olive oil should work fine.

@readytogo or coconut oil, but them someone might want to snack on it.
