I had posted about some minor dull aches in my left testicle (2 weeks ago i think) and it lasted for about 3-4 days so I went to see a doc. He checked it out and says nothing really wrong with it (size etc.) and i did a TSE no weird bumps or anything and I dont think its an infection of any kind because I have not seen any blood in my urine. I have always been a boxer guy and when I wear whitie-tighties they dont seem to hurt(when I walk because when I walk thats when they start to hurt) I did have an injury the day before the pains, I was being stupid and kinda rolled a lil on my left nut on the bed and kinda dragged them but the pains been coming and going for about 4 weeks. Can anyone tell me what might be causing these pains to come and go? Thanks.

Testicular pains?

I usually sleep facedown...maybe I slept on my balls??

That's possible. You toss and turn a lot when you're asleep, and perhaps they are getting squashed, especially if they're a bit dangly. You could try wearing something more supportive to bed.

There's also a thing called testicular torsion. That is when the testicle twists in the scrotum and the veins also twist (like a rope) and blood flow is reduced. This can also bring on aches and pains. If you ever did get full on torsion, it would be excruiatingly painful and is a medical emergency.
