Not sure what this is Herpes or Friction burn
-
Welcome to A2A, BrBa17. It looks to me like it could well be a friction burn. If so, it should heal by itself if you leave it alone for a week.

Thanks for the help. Went to the doctor and it's just a friction burn. Was also wondering if the photo of me at the bottom is just a blister or something worse thanks.

@BrBa17 It's really hard to tell from that photo. Indeed, it may very well need a swab and lab culture to tell for sure. How long have you had it?

It started yesterday.

@BrBa17 It's really hard to say what it might be. It doesn't look like an ordinary pimple (infected sebaceous gland). Surface sores are often fungal, in which case they respond to anti-fungal cream, and this may be worth trying first (anything for yeast infections or ringworm or tinea/athlete's foot would be fine); but fungal infections don't usually produce blisters. It could be a cold sore (facial herpes), which can be treated with an anti-viral cream, but they usually tingle a bit before appearing. If it is a cold sore it will disappear after a time, but may come back occasionally at times of stress. It could just be from friction. It could be from an allergy. It could be a bacterial infection of the skin.
