WOW! Yesterday I went for a little run with a kid i know from the neirborhood... MAN.. I AM SORE.. I guess thats what like what? 3 or 4 weeks out of fitness will do to you... I think I will start running a lap a day with him... then gradually bring it up... Just couldn't beleive it... I used to be a 1/2 way decent runner... But guess not anymore.. 3 or 4 weeks off and I'm dead.. I got the weekend to rest so thats good.. Then back at it...

Yeah.. I think i forgot that.. lol... I have a question now... What burns more calories ( machines ) ... A MANUAL treadmill or an exercise bike? I need to get in shape.. I havn't lost my goal of loosing weight ( Since Nov. ) Still holding on to it.. even through depression and everything else ( GOOD food and stuff ) .. I think I probably got enough money to buy my treadmill right now.. ( Been saving up for one .. SKIPPING LUNCH TO GET ONE!!! lol ) Anyone know of any good CHEAP places to buy an exercise bike or a manual treadmill? ( Under $100 ) Thanks

i got my exercise bike from kmart for under $100... its not the best bike but it works.

My voice is getting better.. Almost normal... Can't wait to start working out more... It seems like a pain when your doing it.. But when you don't do it for awhile.. you miss it.. I will probably start again this next week.. This flu is/was really killing me... LUCKLY! I havn't gained any of the weight i lost!! Now its time to get to my goal... :grin:

When i was sick i lost total energy for like 3 weeks.. i gained like.. 5 pounds:S lol.. dont worry.. you'll get back in the groove
