In reply to: ok so i have trouble hidin my penis when i get out of the pool, and its not like im hung or nething, im bout 6' so any advice?im afraid this will turn into a very embarrasing situation with a lady friend Why worry about it? What lady would think you don't have a penis? She probably wouldn't even notice, or has already noticed guys' penis bulges before. I think most of society could care less about seeing some glipse of a penis bulge, especially when not erect. I read somewhere that a 5" erect penis is really about average, and so 6" is "above average." Well "above average" guys are probably more prone to show, even when soft, I would think. Someone with a big dick, just might not be able to totally hide it, and it is nothing to be ashamed of, as most all humans are designed by God to be able to reproduce. Finally, I would ask what sort of swimming trunks are you wearing? I always wore the baggy trunks, not those skimpy speedos that show off the penis curve. But I think even the lax community standards of today, accept speedos, which just can't seem to hide the natural penis bulge at all, but nobody seems to care, especially if it is soft. With over 3 billion penises on the planet now, there's just no way to always keep them all well hidden.Society will deal with it, so no cause for concern. And many guys would probably be proud to be "hung." And I think erections in swim suits aren't really all that rare, and so should be ignored and regarded as not a big deal. Penises just won't be hid all that well, all the time. The purpose of clothing is not to keep it a "secret" that we have genitals, but rather to keep them "off limits," have a little privacy, and discourage inappropriate touching of other people in their "private" areas. Also, clothing helps hinder spontaneous erections just a little and one's genitals are somewhat a private matter, not for everybody to see. As long as there isn't any indecent exposure, or people doing immoral things, I don't see that it much matters. Also, I think many guys get mild erections in the swimming pool, so a slight bulge upon getting out of the pool, is probably far more normal than you might think. I think all those revealing bikinis does tend to arouse above normal sexual tension and possible sexual thoughts, and the water and warm sun probably don't help matters any. Often people wouldn't notice a mild erection, because they just don't know who happens to be well endowed, and it is hard to tell the difference when an erection is just mild, still soft but stiffened a little. It then doesn't just jut out in a telltale "tent" but gets longer and thicker, as many larger penises already are. I wouldn't be embarrassed at all to have a mild erection, as long as it doesn't grow and become more revealing. And I am above average with a 7" erect dick. I think mild penis bulges in swim suits are so common, that people would pay them no mind. And perhaps thinking too much about it, or being too self-consciense, could trigger an uncontrollable erection? If a person is starting to get an erection, well it just may have to bulge a little, until it relents and goes back down. Do you think that your penis is too big, or that you might be starting to get hard? You might want to get a better swimsuit, but I doubt that hardly any penises could be "too big." And I doubt that society would be as concerned about it, as your question suggests. Some penises just bulge even when soft. And you didn't say if you might have above average girth.
