Hi, I was wondering what part of your arms/body to work on to increase your strength the quickest? I've been working biceps/triceps and my shoulders but does that cut it?I'm 16 5'11, 208 pounds if that helps lol. Also can anyone please explain how to work out "properly"..ive been told many things but i duno which is true.(breathing, reps, weights etc) Also I know a friend taking protein isolate.. how does that benefit your work out? thanks alot. I can only bench 200 max and havnt gone up in a while =|

Stuff doesn't happen over night! That's a start, but you should add pecks, deltoids, and abs for starters. Yes there is such a thing as proper form, but it kind of hard to explain over the internet without knowing the excercise. Protein feeds your muscles and helps them rebuild

i do bench press, running, free weights (dont use them people!!!), and dumbells
