Is there any good medicine for pimples?

If you are willing to spend the money then I would suggest Pro-Active. You may have seen it on TV or somewhere else. It actually does work if you keep using it. I had a fairly bad case of acne and in two weeks it was all gone. I use Pro-Active once every other day now and I haven't had any breakouts for about 6 months. It is the only thing I tried that actually had an effect on me.

try talking to your doctor and asking them. I use what they gave me, which is Doxycyclin, and my face was cleared up within 2 weeks. I noticed results on the 2nd or 3rd day too. I use to use nuetrogena clear pore cleanser/mask, it worked really good, and yeah your right clearasil doesn't work. Hope i helped

Pro-Activ is an excellent topical solution for acne. It contains 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide and includes Cleanser, Toner, and Moisturizer in their regular package. You can get it at the mall a lot of times, $40 a box for 4 peices. A "bonus" clay mask is included. If acne persists, you should probably see a doctor and ask about prescribing an oral medication.
