What's the best way to get a six-pack these days? I currently have almost a four-pack.

keep on doing ab axcercises, and watch your diet. you have the 4 pac because of the little bit of fat thats hanging there. just loose that and you'll have..a six pack. so basically, just eat a low fat diet

i have a 6 pack, it took me 3 months of dieting and excercising to do it, it really wasnt worth it, i only have like 1 hamburger in that 3 months, no fast-food, no steak, no ribs, mostly quizenes

I didn't need to go on any diet. I only weigh 140lbs. I've been doing situps everday for a week and a half and it's already forming into a six-pack.

if you cant see your abs, then you need to go on a diet to get them. I dont care how much muscle you pack on if your bodyfat levels arent low enough you wont see your abs. SO, if you're main goal is to get a ripped 6pack then eat a lean diet & perform cardio on a regular. Lifts weights also to try and retain what muscle mass you already have.

its true, it must be in the diet...I playe competivie soccer, 14th best in the province... so a game and a practise every week, if not more... plus about 450sit ups a week and i don't even have a six pack
