I want to loose the weight.. But since this last 'spell' of depression.. I havn't been able to.. Its just like eh.. i .. eh.. nvm.. you know.. I need ways to program my brain to work out.. I want to ride atleast 2 miles a day on the exercise bike.. Just.. I can't.. not that im not physically able just .. lazy i guess.. So.. I probably need to scheuele my time.. How do i do that? Like an hour for HW.. then 2 hours for comp... and then 30 minutes for work out.. I get home about 1500... Eat around 1800.. goto bed around 2100? or 2200.. So how should i do that? I need help.. I can't be over weight anymore.. I think its contributing to my depression .. social problems.. etc.. Any suggestions?
Well what I would do is as soon as you get home jump on the exercise bike. Don't do anything else, just get it out of the way. That way you'll be able to do whatever you want for the rest of the night like homework and going on the computer, but i think it would be best if you got the exercising out of the way first. Make it a habit of exercising everyday right when you get home, eventually you will get used to exercising everyday and you won't feel so "lazy".
