If you explain to the people you think care about you that you must do it and that keeping yourself alive is more of a punishment than letting it end. I speak beyond the fairytales of a "god" or anything of that sort... but rest... a true end. What is so wrong with that?

What's so bad about suicide?
-
I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's your choice if you want to committ suicide and other people should respect that imo.
-
I could go into the whole "don't do it, Theres always another way" but i would just be bullshitting you... Sometimes suicide is the only way out, Livescorpse suicide is an example of this....If you feel as though your living for others, Then you really shouldn't be here anymore. heh sorry if i'm not all that supportive...
-
suicide is never the way out, it's a cowardly thing to do
-
Not true amanda,People can be as brave and strong as they want, everyone is broken eventually, And in some cases, it's the ONLY way out Like above mentioned Livescorpse is an example of this. Some people just can't let go, It's like America's view on life support, why keep someone alive when all thats left is an empty shell? In my opinion it's inhumane to keep someone alive who doesn't want to be, Or is no longer there, ie altiemersAnyway point is, Suicide isn't cowardly, It's your choice
-
if it's someone older or whatever on life support and deathly ill then i don't really consider that bad, but if it's a teenager who's just depressed or some adult who's having a hard time with life (not physically) but emotionally then yes it's a cowardly thing to do
-
Because life is a gift in itself. Sure everyone you know has or had a life, but you never think about something that hasn't.
-
People often kill themselves during depression. But depression warps your judgement, making bad things seem much worse and good things seem insignificant, so it is making a decision under false perceptions. People who are not depressed are far less likely to kill themselves; and depression can be treated.
Often people kill themselves through inexperience. They can't see that things will ever get better, because they have no experience of that - and yet if they had waited, that experience would have come to them.
-
I always love it when someone says suicide is cowardly when they have no idea what their talking about.
-
Someone i know (distantly) Planned his death for more than 6 months, From reuniting with old friends and making amens,To doing things he always wanted to do,So after all of that, he was still ready to go... And he didSuicide isn't always about depression, Or perhaps it is, But i think about death by my own hand on my happiest days, So who knows maybe i'm just emotionally assfucked
-
suicide is not the way out, it never will be either, it may seem so but just light a smoke and forget about it
-
I know what I'm talking about
-
If you say so.
-
I do.
-
Great.
-
i don't think tht suicide is the way out... u hve a prob. u deal wit it u dnt jst let go d die... if others think ur shit, or make u feel bad, jst be strong d one day you pay them back....wit power, money, or fists..

Whats so bad? Think about it, it's totally selfish, how is it brave to rather end it to get away reather than to actually have the courage to face up to your problems? To leave any family and friends you have with the guilt and questions of if they could have done anything to prevent it. To leave them with only photogrphs which they kepp looking at so they don't forget your face. To make people who care about you go through the awful experience of burrying you, having to tell your parents they don't know why. Yeah I suppose it's not too bad you be dead, in the process you'll have absolutly f*$ked up the people who cared for you let them deal with the pain and anguish. Yeah real noble. You want a rest, you have the courage to seek help and to live, then when the ends does come, maybe then you'll deserve the rest. But don't ever say that it's not that bad.
-
That wasn't the only way out, it was the only way he saw in his confusion.
-
It's sad to think somep eople on here think that everyone has great parents that will "look at your photographs and burry you" when you die, because there are many people in the world who don't.
-
That's true, and your life is valuable independent of family or friends.
