I have a pretty nice physique now after doing some working out. Just wondered how I could bulk up my frame a bit?I am aged 17, 5ft 9' (a bit confusing sometimes people say I'm 5ft 10') and weigh 140lbs. I find it difficult to eat a huge amount of food during the day to gain weight - I have a lot of things to do and sometimes I actually lose weight because of having lack of apetite during stressful weeks.I'm willing to try some of those special shakes you can buy. What ones work and taste the best?

Well, if you're not eating very much you're not going to gain weight. The best thing I would suggest is that buy some Whey Protein Powder and Creatine Monohydrate and incorporate them in your daily diet. Try to get in AT LEAST 2500 cals a day and around 200grams of protein. The Creatine will retain water makin it more comfortable when you lift & replenish ATP levels at an accelerated rate making you recover faster. Naturally the protein is what builds muscle. Try to lift your whole body 3x a week targeting different muscle groups each day. For example, say maybe Back and Tris on Monday, Legs and Abs on Wednesday, and Chest/Shoulder/Bis on Friday.
if i were you i wouldnt go and start eating alot unless you have a daily exercise rountine (this should include some form of running a good distance) because if you do then youll probly lose your form andstart getting fat and out of shape, also ill second what brl said about trying to get something in you at least every 4 hours
