Hey people, i noticed in the last month or months i put on alot of weight i think its cause i been drinking for like everyday .. i decided i think i should lose some weight or get in better shape! i got a pool outside and im cleaning that out 2morrow and gonna go swimming doin laps then i gonna play Football (Soccer) for about an hour. How long would i have to spend swimming to get a good exercise? Whats some foods i should stay away from..Obviously Coke..Crisps..and whatelse? im not a heavy eater but i feel fat lol What should i drink? Will i gain muscle if i swim like everyday + doin press ups and all those other exercises?

Drinking alot eh?..I will help you.. Instead of you drinking the alcohol.. ship it to me and i will drink it for you Seriously tho.. I hear swimming is a great exercise.. and yes it will build muscle.. soccer is also good for you.. As for what to drink.. WATER ... Thats your best bet! Water.. and L O T S of it.. Also.. I would prob say a good solid 20-30 minute workout a day.. plus no more alcohol..fatty foods.. and lots of water.. you should shed that extra weight pretty quick!.. Good luck

no worrys im broke now so i cant get my sisters friend to buy me any more lol. I used to be drinkin maybe 4-5 bottles of anything a nite + shots of malibu ..but anyhoo im gonna save my money for my Turntables and thanks for the reply:)

Heh you must be an Aussie, i mean this aint the time to go for a swim is it? Its apparently gonna be as cold as -14 in the UK over the next few days :S
