hey, i'm 15 (coming 16 next month) i weigh 12stone 4lbs (dunno wat that is in just lbs). i eat NO vegatables.i eat a lot of chocolate, biscuits,drink alot of coke and soft drinks. i dont look fat but i am actually fat. i got inches on my belly that i need to lose. i got man boobs that i need to lose. i've tried cutting down on all the junk food but i just cant do it. i walk about 1 and 1/2 mile home from school most days. i mess about on the street playing football about 3 nights everyweek. apart from that all i do is sit on the net or watch tv. i'm gonna join a local football team sometime soon to try help. any other suggestions? is there a way that i can change wat food i like and not go for the junk food all the time? please help guys!

1 stone = 14 lb, so 12 st 4 lb = 172 pounds. (By the way, is the abbreviation lb for pound in common use in the US?)
To tell how overweight you are it would help to give your height and whether you have a small, medium or large frame.
