can some one tell me what an uncut penis is?

Uncut?

Uncut is the term referring to an natural "intact" penis or one where the forskin is not cut off.

To add what sdp said, the foreskin is a sheath of extra skin that covers the head of the penis normally, especially while flaccid (soft), and can be retracted by sliding the foreskin back behind the head. The head of the penis is supposed to be covered by the foreskin when not in use, to help keep it moist, smooth, and sensitive. If you're not sure what an uncut penis looks like, the guy with his penis out in the suit at the opening page of this forum is uncut (with the foreskin forward covering the head). Also, there is a link showing the various stages of foreskin retraction in an uncut penis at the top of this topic section, under 'male anatomy'. Edit: There WAS a thread called male anatomy, but I see its no longer there? What happened to it? sdp? diver? I thought it was kind of useful to answer a lot of the repetitive penis questions we get here. Edit2: Oh, I see it got moved to the archive section. Is there any way we can move it back to this active forum, and make it a sticky? Anyway, here is the link to the foreskin retraction: Foreskin Retraction stages

Actually, the foreskin is not "extra"skin. It's the amount of skin that the male organ is supposed to have. To have no foreskin is to have too little skin.

You're preaching to the choir, my friend.
