I sometimes play stupid games wit my friends... deadarm/bodys or some stupid sh** like punching eachother in a circle..just for the hell of it when we're bored. I was wondering what I could do to pack a harder punch.. not really looking to get faster but a stronger punch ;D any advice on what work out and stuff to do to help? thx

just train as a boxer. their techniques will give you the knowledge on how to use your whole body to throw a punch. Plus overall strength level will increase punching capability, so lifting weights would help.

It really helps to swing your hips with the punch. This will carry the force of the body instead of just momentum from the arm. Also, you can try to strength train through resisted punches using weights, etc. A bowflex is perfect for resisted punches, but if one of these isn't available to you then you can find something else. Also, you may want to try and hold your fist vertical. When looking at a vertical fist the fingers are running left and right rather than up and down.Most importantly, why not arm wrestle instead? Hitting each other can start a problem eventually.
