Honestly, I have no idea whats going on. Ok, I sometimes get a discharge not during sexual activing or anything, just every day. No so much lately, but it comes and goes. I was thinking it might be a yeast infection, but i have NO clue what those are, what to do about them, how serious they are. Im at a complete loss here.

Yeast Infections

Every woman has a daily discharge. It's completely normal. It ranges in color from milky white to clear, and changes in consistency throughout the month. A yeast infection produces "cottage cheese" discharge with a distinct smell, and bad itching.

i agree with amanda except the part about the smell. yeast infections do not cause a bad smell normally. it's the bad itching and burning that drive you mad. luckily a cure is simple and over the counter.
daily discharge, as amanda said, is completely normal. that is your vagina cleaning itself constantly and also your fertility kicking in. normal discharge is thin and ranges from clear to yellowish. when you are ovulating it changes and becomes more hospitible for sperm to get you pregnant.
bottom line: you will KNOW when you have a yeast infection!
