Everytime you smoke a cigarette, it re-fills your lungs with tar. Your just better off quitting 100%. There is NO WAY to smoke cigarettes and be safe. Just knock it all the way around. You may think one or two a month isn't doing much, but its messing you up hardcore.

What I really meant was if i DO quit 100% will you heal up a lil over time.

Your body will repair itself after you quit smoking.

yeah if you just stopped you'd be back to normal quite quickly, however if you were smoking a pack a day for 15 years and then quit, it would be a couple of decades before the risk of cancer and heart attack go back to the level in non-smokers.

even though ur smoking less- its still is bad everytime u smoke

My story is worse since I'm only 14... I use to smoke a pack a week... but now i only smoke when I have to, like when I'm really mad. I don't know... sometimes I just feel like going out and smoking a wholepack at ocne and then there are other times where I just don't want it
