Im about 5'4 and 140lbs last i checked, i may have gained or lost since then. I always set out plans to help me lose weight, just a couple inches off my stomache but i have NEVER followed thru, Do you guys know of anything to help motivate me?

weight watchers is great i did that but had to stop cause of comitments on the nite it was on but i lost 3 stone over 4 months with that its really good mainly becouse when it comes to the nite of the meeting you really wanna lose the weight cause you know someone is gonna weight you and see how naughty or good youve been through the week lol
